Who Is Hengrui Tech?

Hengrui Tech (Jieyang Hengrui Technology Co., Ltd.) is a hair dryer manufacturer founded on June 17, 2022, in Jieyang, Guangdong, China. We make personal care appliances, mainly hair dryers and hair styling tools, for international brands, distributors and bulk buyers.

We are not a trading company. Hengrui Tech operates its own blow dryer factory with an R&D team and in-house production. The 5,000 m² site holds 10 injection molding machines and 5 production lines, run by 50 to 60 production employees.

Product development, manufacturing, quality control and export services sit under one roof. This lets us manage a project from concept development to mass production with one team. Our quality system covers incoming materials, in-process checks, product testing and final inspection.

We work with emerging brands, professional beauty companies, distributors and retailers. Buyers can order existing models in bulk or develop their own version through OEM, ODM and private label manufacturing. Our sales team meets overseas buyers at trade shows, including the Canton Fair, and we serve buyers from more than 30 countries.

How We Make a Hair Dryer, Step by Step

Every hair dryer goes through six stages in our factory, from design to shipment.

Design and engineering

Our R&D team handles product design and structural engineering. For ODM projects this includes design optimization and specification adjustment.

Materials and injection molding

Raw materials and components are prepared for production. Plastic parts are molded in-house on 10 injection molding machines.

Motor, heater and PCB assembly

Workers assemble the motor and fan, the heating element, and the PCB and electronic controls as separate sub-assemblies.

Final assembly and customization

Sub-assemblies are joined into the finished dryer on the production line. OEM and ODM details such as color and logo are then applied.

Testing and final inspection

Each batch goes through performance, safety and aging tests, then a final quality inspection.

Packing and shipping

Products are packed in standard or custom packaging, then warehoused and shipped. Carton shipping marks are printed free for custom orders.
