Hengrui Tech is an OEM hair dryer manufacturer and ODM partner based in Jieyang, Guangdong, China. Jieyang Hengrui Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on June 17, 2022, and makes hair dryers and hair styling tools for brands, distributors and retailers.

As a hair dryer OEM manufacturer, we run the whole project under one roof. Our R&D team handles design optimization and specification adjustment. Our own factory covers injection molding, motor and heating element assembly, PCB assembly, final assembly, testing and packing.

This matters for brand owners. Your color, logo and packaging are applied in the same factory that builds the product, so changes do not pass through a trading company. Our quality control covers incoming materials, in-process checks, product testing and final inspection.

What is the difference between an OEM hair dryer and an ODM hair dryer?

An OEM hair dryer is one of our existing models made under your brand, with your color, label, logo and packaging. An ODM hair dryer goes further: our product development team optimizes the design or adjusts the specification for your brand. Both follow the same process, with sample approval before mass production.

Which customization option has the lowest MOQ?

Private label and silk-screen logo printing have the lowest MOQ, at 500 pcs each. Custom product color starts at 1,000 pcs per color, and tailored packaging design starts at 2,000 pcs. You can start with private label and logo printing, then add custom color and packaging as your volumes grow.

Can we order several colors in one OEM order?

Yes. Each custom color needs at least 1,000 pcs, so an order with two custom colors needs at least 2,000 pcs in total. We match each color to your brand color requirements and confirm it on a sample before mass production starts.

Do you charge for carton shipping marks?

No. Shipping marks are printed free on the outer cartons of all custom orders. They help your logistics team and forwarder identify each shipment. Send us your shipping mark layout with the order details, and we print it during packing.

Can you adjust an existing model to our specification?

Yes. Specification adjustment is part of our ODM service. Tell us your target market and requirements, and our product development team reviews which changes fit the model. Every change is confirmed on a sample before mass production, so the final product matches what you approved.

What information do you need to quote an OEM order?
