Hengrui Tech is the brand name of Jieyang Hengrui Technology Co., Ltd., a personal care appliance manufacturer founded on June 17, 2022. Our factory is located opposite Nan Industrial Park, Tangpu Village, Fengmei Sub-district, Rongcheng District, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, China.

We focus on hair dryers and hair styling tools. The range covers hair dryers, high-speed hair dryers, hair straighteners, curling irons, multi-functional styling tools and customized personal care appliances.

Hengrui Tech brings product development, in-house manufacturing, quality control and export services under one roof. Our R&D team designs and engineers new models and makes prototype samples. Our production team of 50–60 people works on 5 standardized lines in a 5,000 m² factory, with an annual capacity of 1,000,000 units.

Quality checks run through every order: incoming materials, in-process production, product testing and final inspection. Our products hold CE, RoHS, CB, FCC and KC certifications.

How Do We Develop New Hair Care Products?

3D Product Design

When was Hengrui Tech founded, and where is it located?

Hengrui Tech was founded on June 17, 2022. Our legal name is Jieyang Hengrui Technology Co., Ltd. The factory is opposite Nan Industrial Park, Tangpu Village, Fengmei Sub-district, Rongcheng District, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, China. Since then we have built a 5,000 m² factory with 5 production lines and now supply buyers in more than 30 countries.

Does Hengrui Tech have its own research and development team?

Yes. Our in-house research and development team handles product design, engineering and prototype samples. Designers build models in 3D CAD, review samples for appearance and structure, and confirm logo, color, packaging and function parameters with the buyer. This lets us adjust existing models or develop new ones, rather than only assembling parts designed elsewhere.

Our factory uses 6 hair dryer electrical performance testers, 1 aging test machine and 1 drop test machine. These cover electrical performance, long-run performance and housing strength. Together with incoming material inspection, in-process monitoring, safety testing and a final inspection, they form our standard quality checks on every order.

How many people work in your production team?

Our production team has 50–60 employees working on 5 standardized lines. They run molding, assembly, testing and packing in our 5,000 m² factory. Separate teams handle research and development, customer service and sales, so production staff can stay focused on output and quality while the office team manages buyer communication.

What is the smallest order you accept?

Our smallest custom order is 500 pcs, which applies to private label and silk-screen logo printing. Custom colors and custom packaging have higher minimums. Our OEM and ODM page lists every option, and our team can suggest the right starting point for your first order.
